"Fifty Shades Darker" hits the cinemas this week and everyone is excited on how the scenes will be carried out. Celebrity fitness guru, Ramona Braganza, was hired in order to whip Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson into shape for the sequel of the 'Fifty Shades of Grey' which is set to premiere soon.

"Fifty Shades Darker," as reported by NY Post, will definitely make the audience jaws drop. Braganza has previously worked with other Hollywood actors the likes of which include Anne Hathaway, Jessica Alba, and Halle Berry.

This time around, Johnson and Dornan are working hard under her in order to prepare them for their intense sex scenes as Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey, the protagonists obsessed with BDSM which, in turn, is central to the book turned film's story.

Braganza, 54, said that "When you think about a movie like 'Fifty Shades of Grey,' you have an idea of [Johnson] being graceful and lean." This idea prompted her on which regimen to give to Dornan, who is shown in the film trailer breezing through shirtless pull-ups while under the smoldering gaze of Johnson's character. "I focused on an athletic muscular frame for him--not too bulky...but strong in appearance," she added.

Braganza has also experience working on the sets of action films such as 'Warcraft,' in which Paula Patton, her client, is shown as a scantily clad half-human, half-orc, as well as films like 'Bull,' which stars Michael Weatherly who plays an aggressive, three-piece-suit-wearing trial consultant.

In the interview with People, it was said that the difference in her current assignment is that her clients, the cast of 'Fifty Shades Darker,' would be wearing far fewer garments than her other previously mentioned clients.

The sequel in the Fifty Shades franchise has Christian and Anastasia exploring the human and romantic aspect of their somewhat complicated sexually-charged arrangement. It will be recalled that in the previous film, Anastasia and Christian signed a contract in which the two would engage in sexual acts in which the former agrees to be submissive to the latter's dominance during their sexual congress).

Dornan's regimen involved exercises focused on the legs. He usually does pushups before taping, Johnson revealed to Entertainment Tonight. Dornan's workouts involved strengthening his quads, hamstrings, and glutes, according to Braganza. Focusing on these muscles, she claims, helps speed up metabolism, burns fat, and release more testosterone.

To execute this, Braganza had Dornan perform a myriad of squat variations, often done with weights. For each squat, Braganza advises her clients to squeeze their glutes tightly in order to make the workout more effective. These workouts were performed twice a week, around 30 minutes per day, inside Braganza mobile gym, 'Mobile Physique.'

For her part, Johnson's regimen focused on lengthening and toning exercises which involve leg-lifting, floor routines, and a lot of ab workouts. Johnson also had to perform a ton of plank exercises to tone her arms and further her core. Braganza worked with Johnson for about four times a week for around 30-40 minutes for each day.

Aside from what has been mentioned, Johnson also did hot yoga and a regimen heavily inspired by the dance film 'Ballet Beautiful.' This is because Johnson's next role is as a ballerina in Luca Guadagnino's retelling of the horror flick 'Suspiria.'

Despite this, Braganza limited Johnson's regimen to the one intended for her "Fifty Shades of Grey" role. Both Dornan and Johnson received a customized workout plan which is specifically designed to fit their respective characters.

Fans of the franchise are excited to see not only how events will unfold in the story, but how the characters' bodies will appear in their steamy sexy scenes, which in the case of this franchise, is going to be quite a lot.
