'Grey's Anatomy' Season 13, Episode 14 News, Spoilers: Meredith Job at Risk; Alex Returns to Work

"Grey's Anatomy" comes back next Thursday with a feisty episode. After last week's more laid back episode when Baily decided to re-hire Dr. Alex Karev, it seems that Meredith will be having a hard time as she fights for her job. Dr. Alex isn't convicted of any crime so he gets the opportunity to come back to work given that he brought essential information.

Fortunately, it seems like he will be doing that in the next installation of the show. "Grey's Anatomy" 13x14 Promo entitled, "Back Where You Belong," will be a lot nicer than previous episodes but will provide chances to see some action with the lead characters. Some shock-and-awe moments from Alex can be seen as he realizes that the hospital is not the same anymore. It isn't the Grey Sloan Memorial where he once served and now he is returning to his old position.

"Grey's Anatomy" Season 13 Episode 14 Synopsis reads: "Alex comes back to the hospital and explores it, finds out that a lot of things have changed since he left. On the other hand, Jo finds it difficult to decide on a case. Arizona attempts to distance herself from Minnick."

It is apparent that Minnick is doing her job and very hard at that but it seems like she will really have a hard time with her position. She needs to get everyone on her side in part due to her bedside manner. She is just doing her best at her job but she needs to find out a way to do it and work around the adversities she is facing. Her approach can possibly cost her relationships with people dear to her, like Arizona. However, some mutual interest can be seen there and several things just stand along their way. For Meredith fans out there, she might not be that visible last episode, but this next episode, fans would see more of her:
