With over 13 million players worldwide, "Red Dead Redemption" is one of Rockstar Games' biggest hits. The confirmed sequel, "Red Dead Redemption 2" ranks as one of the highly-anticipated games this year.

However, not a lot of information about the game has been revealed. "Red Dead Redemption 2" release date is slated for Fall 2017, but we've yet to get an exact date. Perhaps the only sources of information right now are the initial trailer and the promotional posters. Fans are hoping that the Take-Two's appearance at E3 2017 this June will shed more light on the second installment.

'Red Dead Redemption 2' Confirmed Information

So far, the only confirmed information out is a release season of Fall 2017. You can also pre-order "Red Dead Redemption 2" via retailers like GameStop and Amazon for around $59.99. RDR2 will be playable on Xbox One and PlayStation 4. According to Daily Star UK, there have been leaks suggesting a "Red Dead Redemption 2" PC version from Denuvo Software Solutions, but this has yet to be confirmed.

'Red Dead Redemption 2' at E3 2017?

The Electronic Entertainment Expo is happening this June 13 to 15 at the Los Angeles Convention Center, and listed as one of the participating companies is Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. As the parent company of Rockstar Games, the hype right now is that Take-Two Interactive could be planning to reveal more "Red Dead Redemption 2" information during E3.

According to Gaming Bolt, it's "possible it [Red Dead Redemption 2] may make a major appearance at E3 this year." PC Advisor reports the same thing, reiterating that Take-Two's appearance at the Expo could mean more promotion for RDR2 by way of fresh information.

However, some players are also pointing out that enthusiasm should be curbed. Take-Two's confirmed appearance doesn't dispel the possibility of Rockstar sitting out E3 entirely. Rockstar is also known for revealing huge titles online, opting to stay quiet during huge gaming conventions. Regardless, many agree that if they plan to market any new "Red Dead Redemption 2"details before the release date, E3 2017 would be the place to do it.
