By now all "Persona 5" fans are aware of the fact that the game is not coming to Nintendo Switch but will only be released for PS4 and PS3 on April 4 in Europe and North America. Recently, a new trailer for the popular JRPG surface online showing off a familiar character. The videos shared by Atlus and PlayStation EU have been shared below. At the centre of the action is the mysterious Igor, proprietor of the Velvet Room. This is where players manage and fuse their Personas. The trailer also shows the new Velvet Room assistants, Caroline and Justine.

According to GameSpot, a crucial ingredient of "Persona 5" has been showcased in the trailer. It is the mechanic of combining Personas. The stylish menus look cool in the video and fans will appreciate the game's visual flair. The last big trailer mainly focused on Palaces and "Person 5's" version of Dungeons.

"Sometimes when the protagonist of Persona 5 goes to sleep, he doesn't dream like a normal Japanese high-schooler. Oh no. He gets transported to a place that exists between dream and reality, mind and matter. A place where fate has made it look like a prison ... Get ready to say hello to Igor once again, because the Velvet Room is back!" the overview by Atlus reads, reports Gematsu.

The Velvet room is very much like the Black and White Lodges from "Twin Peaks" and exists between dream and reality. People might end up there while asleep. Players can alter personas. Recently, toy maker Good Smile Company showcased a handful of "Persona 5" characters across a few of its product lines. Some of them were a Nendoroid version of Morgana the cat, the protagonist, main character Ann Takamaki and a scale figure of Sakura Futaba, writes Destructoid.
