Asus Reportedly Will Unveil A Budget Smartphone At MWC 2017, ZenFone 3 Go
Cris Xander JulianoAsus is rumored to launch the ZenFone 3 Go, an affordable smartphone set to be unveiled at the upcoming Mobile World Congress 2017 in Barcelona Spain, according to a report by Tech Times.
The budget smartphone by Asus will probably be promoted as a selfie phone with its beautification mode with YouTube and Facebook. It is also reported that the device will sport a soft LED flash on the front for better selfie shots. The main camera might have a 13MP camera with LED flash and a 5MP front camera.
The ZenFone 3 Go is speculated to be equipped with the Snapdragon 410 processor for being a budget phone, with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Also, the device might feature a five-magnet speaker with smart amp. The device will be available in three colors according to the report; rose gold, gold and blue with a full metal body.
As for the price, it's speculated that it will be around $160 to $175, not a bad deal for a budget smartphone by Asus.
Meanwhile, the company pushed back the release of the ZenFone 4 until May. Rumors suggest that the delay is due to unavailability of certain components. This may very well mean that the ZenFone 3 Go will take the place of the Zenfone 4 at the upcoming MWC 2017.
The ZenFone 3 Go is expected to be available in the US after its rumored launch at the MWC 2017.
