In the "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 16, Bishop (played by Emily Wickersham) has ultimately been able to exact revenge for Quasim’s death. It will be recalled that Quasim (played by Ravi Silver), is Bishop’s fiancé.

"NCIS" Season 14 Episode 16 Recap: Fans of the series were depressed over Quasim’s death in the previous episode of NCIS’ latest season. While the romance between Bishop and Quasim was never really elaborated in the series, it was later on revealed, by way of implication, that Quasim proposed to Bishop after having dated her one hundred four (104) times. The proposal was a tearjerker among fans and was even made more tragic by the fact that Bishop, although not being able to immediately provide an answer to Quasim’s proposal of betrothal, was prepared to accept it. This acceptance, however, never reached Quasim as he is brutally murdered later on by Chen that same night. A lot of the followers of the series went hysterical over the tragic turn of events for the series’ romantic couple.

As per TVGuide "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 16 Recap, after Quasim’s death, Bishop and Clayton Reeves (played by Duane Henry) sets out to hunt down Chen, the Chinese businessman who murdered Quasim. Their mission of tracking down Chen was unauthorized and thus a rogue and independent mission. Upon learning of Chen’s plot to eradicate the electrical grid, the pair uses this opportunity to trace the whereabouts of Chen. However, this leads, later on, to a much disturbing revelation. It turns out that Chen has been working with the CIA and that intelligence gathered by Chen in these transactions were later on offered up by him, for a price, to Syrian terrorists.

In "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 16 episode, when everything seems to be going well for Chen, Bishop’s frustration and outrage over the injustice that seems to have permeated the system, have led her to kill him by luring him into a trap. Here, Bishop corners Chen, and offers him to take his own life or allow the Syrians to kill him. The Syrians are suddenly out to kill him because Bishop revealed Chen’s collaboration with the CIA thus enraging them in the process. Chen eventually dies when his house was blown up into smithereens.

Chen’s death in "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 16" has provided the much needed satisfaction that heartbroken fans wanted given the recent unfolding of events in the series, and finally, Quasim's death has been avenged. For those who have not watched the episode, here is a preview:
