Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Specs Leaked Ahead Of MWC 2017 Launch [VIDEO]; Advance Stylus Support & AKG Audio Likely!
Vinay PatelWith multiple sources confirming that Samsung will not be taking the wraps off its next-generation Galaxy S8 flagship smartphone at MWC 2017, which kicks off Monday, Feb. 27, latest reports are indicating that the South Korean tech firm will be unveiling it's equally anticipated Galaxy Tab S3 device at the looming event, instead.
Much to the delight of Galaxy fans that have been restlessly waiting to catch a glimpse of Samsung's long-awaited tablet computer, the company released a teaser image of the Galaxy Tab S3 a few days ago. As if that wasn't enough, more images of the Android tablet have found their way on the internet via TechnoBuffalo.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Specs & Features
If the recently surfaced images of the Galaxy Tab S3 are anything to go by, the Android tablet will retain the physical Home button and will also feature capacitive Recent Apps and Back buttons. In the photography front, the Tab S3 will sport a rear camera with a flash right below it.
Some leaked image suggests the device will be sporting a stylus, which indicates that the Galaxy Tab S3 will offer support for stylus input. Aside from offering a more advanced stylus support, the device will also boast the ability to dock with a keyboard. Interestingly, the newfangled Samsung stylus seems to bear a striking resemblance to Microsoft's Surface Pen, down to the tab at the pen's base.
While there's still no word regarding whether or not the Galaxy Tab S3 will come with the stylus, there is a possibility that the company might opt to sell the accessory separately. However, taking the fact that all Samsung devices aimed at productivity feature a stylus into consideration, it will be hardly surprising if the Tab S3 comes with one too.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Headed To MWC 2017
MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017 is just around the corner, meaning, Galaxy fans will not have to wait with bated breath for too long to find out more details about the Galaxy Tab S3. Thanks to some previous leaks, gadget freaks already have an idea regarding what could be in store for them in terms of the device's specs and features. For instance, the leaked details of the Tab S3 show that the device will come with a 9.6-inch AMOLED display with 4:3 aspect ratios.
Furthermore, the Tab S3 will pack 4GB of RAM coupled with 128GB of internal storage. A Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor will be firing up Samsung's new tablet. As far as the stylus is concerned, PhoneArena cited some recently leaked S-Pen images to claim that the accessory will be comparatively thicker than its precursors. There's still no word about the upgrades introduced in the S-Pen.
A New Samsung Galaxy Book To Arrive In 2017?
There's hearsay that Samsung is gearing up to unveil its Galaxy Book this year. It's worth noting that the said device will not be a Galaxy TabPro successor. Based on various reports, it is highly likely to be a 2-in-1 premium device capable of giving Microsoft Surface a run for its money.
