The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Easter egg event is set to be launched in March 2017. This news was recently reported by Go Nintendo. The Easter egg event will give the game players one of the six Easter eggs in the game, in no fixed manner.

What are these Easter eggs? They might contain Pokemon such as Turtonator, Passimian, Oranguru, Drampa, Mareanie, or Goomy. This event will also play a huge part in the new merchandise, set to be released soon. The "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Easter egg event starts on March 18 and will continue for almost a month. It officially ends on April 19, 2017. The exact method of distributing the eggs for this event will be released shortly. Currently, it has been reported that the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" Easter egg event may only be launched in Japan.

However, Pokemon Company or any of the actual stakeholders have not confirmed anything officially. Apart from the global events, the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" third Global Mission took place recently. The goal was successfully achieved by players all over the world and the participants of the third global mission are now eligible to claim their prizes. The players who were able to trade 5 and more Pokemon during the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" global mission will receive five rare candies.

They will also receive a Friend Ball. Both these extra items will help in playing the game efficiently. People who used the Pokemon Global link efficiently will also be rewarded with 4000 Festival coins during the event.
