Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 released in China today. The latest device sports 13-megapixel camera and a talented screen similar to Apple's True Tone.

Xiaomi, called as the "Apple of China" seems to be inspired by the recent launch of Samsung Galaxy Tab 3. The company might want to try another attempt in excelling in the tab market by releasing the new Mi Pad 3.

However, its arrival is not that loud, giving an impression that the device is not for extravagance. Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 will have a familiar look as what 2015 Mi Pad 2 had. The identical design is inevitable to have especially come from its predecessor device, says Slash Gear.

It has been so long since Xiaomi had a flagship tablet and having a similar design as the previous model. The company has been known not to change the design of its line that often. It is like Apple's unchanging design. This is a fitting comparison seeing that Mi Pad 3 looks a lot like iPad.

Nevertheless, the specs of the new tablet are updated. It will have a 4GB RAM together with a 64GB internal storage. It has a 7.9-inch panel with 2048 x 1536 resolution. The new tab is run by a MediaTek MT8176 processor, a hexacore chip running at 2.1 GHz at its maximum and packed with a huge 6,000mAh battery, which is a very generous offer from the company considering the size of the device.

Aside from the amazing specs, Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 also has unique features. One is a 13-megapixel f/2.2 shooter. It will set this tablet a higher notch than the rest of the competition when it comes to camera technology, says PC Advisor. It will also have a temperature adjustment like the iPad Pro's True Tone and an eye protection mode just like Night Shift. In addition, black and white mode hat is also there, minus the benefits on eye strain. The price tag of Xiaomi Mi Pad 3 will be $220 and this will be released in China on April 6.
