Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 With 3GB RAM & 13MP Camera Gets FCC Certification; US Launch Around The Corner?

Amidst reports about the 2017 version of Samsung's Galaxy J7 passing through FCC (the US Federal Communications Commission) doing rounds online, it looks like Huawei's latest tablet dubbed, the MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has received the certification as well.

The recently spotted filling comprise a device bearing a model number QISBAH-W09, which according to multiple reports alludes to the Wi-Fi version of the MediaPad M3 Lite 10. A 4G/LTE model could be in the offing as well. This tablet has already cleared WiFi Alliance and has been spotted on Bluetooth SIG as well.

It's worth noting that the Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 has appeared on WiFi and Bluetooth with model number L09, while device carries model number W09 on FCC. This indicates that one is the Wi-Fi model while the other is WiFi+LTE variant.

Just last week, Huawei launched the MediaPad M3 Lite 10 and the MediaPad T3 in Poland; however, the Chinese tech firm did not divulge details about its plan to launch it in the United States. Nevertheless, this FCC certification rubber stamps the device's impending arrival in the country, according to Android Authority.

Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 Specifications

The M3 Lite 10 features a 10.1-inch Full HD display and packs a Snapdragon 625 processor under the hood. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory. In terms of optics, it features a 13MP rear camera with LED flash and a 2MP front shooter. It is backed by a Non-removable Li-Po battery, GSM Arena reported.

The device will be up for grabs in Gray, Gold colors. Not exactly the successor of the MediaPad M3, the Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite is a Lite variant of the tablet that recently made an appearance at Wi-Fi Alliance. Another report from PhoneArena suggests the mid-range MediaPad M3 Lite tablet will be running Android 7.0 Nougat mobile OS.

Huawei MediaPad M3 Lite 10 Price

There will be two variations of the tablet, which will be up for grabs for different price points. While the Wi-Fi-only model will be available for €329 (about $358) outright, the LTE-enabled variant will cost €379 (about $412).
