Access to digital visual help for technical support is made possible for visually impaired users by the integration of Be My AI with Microsoft Disability Answer Desk.

With the help of this AI tool, query response times are drastically lowered to an average of four minutes-less than half that of human agents.

Remarkably, just 10% of users decide to contact a human after using the AI application. This deal helps blind people a lot, giving them the capabilities to do software updates and fix problems on their own. They won't need to depend on contact centers for help.
