While evolving during a "Community Day" frequently results in a Legacy Move, developing the Dratini isn't advantageous in this particular situation.

Coming Community Days and Other Events of December 2023

In December 2023, Pokémon GO issued its "Community Days" and other events for the year. The month's schedule includes summaries of the following circumstances: Porygon in a "Community Day," which takes place on January 20, 2024; an upcoming Chansey "Community Day" on February 4, 2024; and also may include Rowlet on January 6, 2024.

Some of them include Chespin, Toegetic, Fennekin, and Axew, who will be back during those days. Take note as the official announcements are made close to these dates.

Besides the "Community Days" on December 3, December 9, ans December 23, various game events are scheduled in January and Febryary 2024.

Rumor has it there will be a Christmas event with new Pokemon like Wyrdeer and Cetoddle. Cryogonal might first appear during a Catch Mastery event later in December.
