Samsung's release of One UI 6.1 has received mixed reviews among Galaxy S23 users due to the widespread adoption of touchscreen problems in some models. In addition to the AI-app feature enhancement, a handful of users were left with screens that no longer work or partially non-responsive touchscreens after the update.
