When it comes to Nokia, quality hardware is a must for the company, this is why Nokia phones are so durable. The latest in the long line of durable Nokia-branded phones is the Lumia 920, and this smartphone is able to take a beating.
Most people may look at the Nokia Lumia 920 thickness as a disadvantage, but that thickness is there for a very good reason. Unlike the iPhone and other competing smartphones out there, the Lumia 920 is able to withstand being run over by a car, a fall from a height on a concrete pavement, a hard hit with a thick wooden stick, and a throw against a hard concrete material.
How many smartphones can take a beating like that? Not many. Although the phone went dead after being slapped with the stick, the hardware itself was still intact, just to prove how durable the Nokia Lumia 920 is. In simple everyday use, the Lumia 920 should be able to endure a fall from a desk or being stepped on via a huge boot.
Check out the video below which shows the Lumia 920 take a beating and survive!
