As the International CES fast approaching, rumor mill of Samsung's next phone under the Galaxy flagship has started gaining momentum.
According to a report from a Korean Web site MT, Samsung will be showing prototype the so called Galaxy S4 at the CES, however, the handset will be shown only to the business partners of the company. It means Galaxy S4 will be performing at the CES, but off the stage.
Apparently, the Vice Chairman of Samsung Electronics, Jay Lee, will be holding a series of meeting with company's business partners, and showing the performance of the latest device of the South Korean tech giant.
The report also adds that the device will have a 5-inch 1080p AMOLED display. The major disclosure in the report is about the processor of the phone.
The phone will feature the ARM Cortex A15 Exynos 5440 quad-core processor clocked at 2GHz.
Earlier, there were rumors that the Galaxy S4 could come with Exynos 5450, the process which powers Google Nexus 10.
Meanwhile, Sammoblile has uploaded a supposed to be leaked press shot of the phone. If we go by the 'leaked' picture, the phone will not have any physical buttons. The large display and thinner body can also be identified.
A Korean Web site Enuri had earlier reported that the Galaxy S4 will come with a 5 inch AMOLED display, which according to a Russian website Rozetked, will be called 'Grand AMOLED Display'.
However, going by the picture the theory of laser keyboard can be ruled out as no output slot for a laser beam is visible in the photo.
Rumors about the phone's graphic processing unit have also been there for some time. According to them, Galaxy S4 will have Mali-T658 GPU.
Other reports suggest that the phone will have a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera and 2-megapixel front-facing camera for video chat.
The Galaxy S4 is expected to come into the market in April this year with rumored Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie operating system.
