Rumors of the Nokia EOS smartphone with its 41-megapixel camera have been running rampant on the Internet, and it doesn't seem to be slowing down. A new image has now found its way on the Web that showcased both the Lumia 920 and the Nokia EOS side-by-side. Can you tell them apart?
At first glance, you'll realize how both phones resemble each other greatly, though the Nokia EOS (on the right) appears to be taller and thinner than its Lumia 920 counterpart. It also appears as if the display size will remain the same, though we don't know if Nokia plans to bump the processor speed and RAM size to differentiate it more from the Lumia 920.
If you look at the back, you can tell that it is slightly raised off the ground, that's due to the camera, which is the main attraction here. Folks who have purchased or used a Nokia 808 PureView in the past should expect similar, if not better image quality from the Nokia EOS, especially since the device is rumored to have Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and the ability to take clear pictures in the dark.
If this is truly the look of the Nokia EOS, some fans might be disappointed as there are few notable differences apart from the huge camera at the back. With the HTC One taking the crown as best looking and best designed smartphone, one would hav expected Nokia to fight back, but it seems that is not the case here.
Expected Nokia EOS specs:
