'Samsung ATIV Core leaks as the company’s first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone

Samsung has reportedly been working on an ATIV Core handset that will launch as its first Windows Phone 8.1 smartphone, as the newly-unveiled ATIV SE runs Windows Phone 8 out of the box.
