'AT&T Samsung Galaxy S4 Pre-Orders Start On April 16 With $250 Price Tag

The new Samsung Galaxy S4 powerhouse will be available for pre-order from AT&T starting on Apr. 16, with a $249.99 price tag on a two-year contract with the carrier.
