'Cortana reaching more markets, Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 packs neat goodies

Microsoft has just announced that Cortana is ready to roll out soon to the UK and China, while Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 will have plenty of other goodies to bring to the table.
