Just months after Twitter launched the Vine website, the company has now revamped it in a YouTube-like overhaul that offers some neat features and functionality.

While Vine became widely popular due to its video app, when the website went live it was virtually on lockdown to anyone who didn't have an account. One of the most notable new changes now comes in this department, as the website finally allows everyone to browse Vine content even without an account.

Any user or visitor can now search and explore the looping 6-second videos throughout the Vine website without having to login, and the entire website is now revamped with a new and improved look.

"The first thing you'll see when you visit the website is the Explore page, which features familiar channels like Places and Animals along Trending Tags and Popular Now. These sections are familiar to what you already see in the mobile app. We've also introduced some new sections that feature hand-curated content, making it easier for you to find great videos and accounts," Vine explains in a new blog post.

Visitors without an account or those who choose not to login will only have access to the Explore page, with the option to share their favorite videos on social networks. Users who log in, meanwhile, will see their home feed, as well as various icons in the top left corner designed for easy navigation to other pages of the website, including Popular Now. Users will also be able to watch any feed in TV Mode.

Only videos that are public will be accessible for everyone, while private videos will remain private. To re-vine a registered user's vine, even visitors have to log in. Moreover, Vine's editors are dedicated to curating content and making it visible in featured areas such as Editor's Pick, Featured Vines, and so on.

Lastly, the Vine website now also sports a new and efficient search bar designed to make it easier for users to find exactly what they are looking for, allowing them to search by tag, person, or even location.

If it sounds exciting, check out the all new look and functionality over at the Vine website.
