The weekly news for Apple is here and readers are all ears on what might happen in the upcoming Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) which will happen on June 13-17 in San Francisco.
9to5 Mac reported that Apple may not announce any new hardware products, but there would be some regarding its operating systems. The announcements will likely include the tweaks in iOS, such as photo enhancements, the revamp of Apple Music app, and the supposed relaunch of Siri, among others.
Meanwhile, it is expected that 5K Thunderbolt Display with an integrated GPU will be launched in the event, but iMore reported otherwise. The possibilities are endless and Apple has remained mum in order to keep its fans on the edge of their seats.
Meanwhile, it sounds like iPhone 7 will only have a minor update from its predecessor. According to Forbes, the waterproof design of the upcoming flagship product is similar to iPhone 6.
Other speculated features if the iPhone 7 include a dual-lens camera and a Smart Connector for the iPhone 7 Plus variant and a faster Touch ID. It could also include a 2GB and 3GB RAM in the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, respectively, an A10 chip, and a larger battery.
Last but not the least, one of the most trending news in Apple is the App Store outage. But good news, because the App Store, together with iCloud are back online, noted CNET.
Apple's status page reportedly released a statement that said, "Users may have experienced slower than usual performance when using iCloud Drive, Backup, iCloud Notes, iWork for iCloud, and Photos. Users may also have experienced slowness with multiple services at iCloud.com."
