Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Specs, Release Date: Tablet To Have Snapdragon 652 Processor And No Upgraded Display?

The latest update on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 suggested that the device will soon be launched in a few months' time.

9 to 5 Google reported that the Galaxy Tab S3 will consist of upgraded processor, powered by a 1.8GHz Snapdragon 652 CPU with 3 GB RAM. Reports claimed that the upcoming Samsung device will also have an 8-megapixel rear and a 2-megapixel front camera. 

In addition, there are reports that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 will be launched in two variants, one with 8-inch display and another with a 9.7-inch screen. Fab News reported that both the version of the new tablet from the South Korean technology giant will sport a 2048 x 1536 display resolution along with 32GB of internal storage. It is also reported that the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to feature the same 4:3 aspect ratio as its predecessors.  

Furthermore, the tablet will reportedly run on the Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 OS and will consist of 4000 mAh battery for a long lasting backup. There are reports that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 will also provide 150Mbps LTE support as compared to its predecessor Galaxy Tab 2.

Meanwhile, there are reports that the South Korean tech giant will also release the Samsung Gear S3 along with the tablet. Android Headlines reported that the smartwatch is rumored to be the company's most premium smartwatch till date. 

There are reports that the smartwatch will sport a stylish design with a metallic chassis in the form of a wristband, along with a built-in GPS for added location tracking fucntionalities. The Samsung Gear S3 is expected to be released in five variants having 3G compatibility.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 is expected to be launched at the IFA event in Berlin on September 1.
