Macbook Pro 2016 Specs, Release Date: Laptop To Include USB C–Type & Intel Kaby Lake In Rumored November Launch?
Shilpa ChakravortyCan Apple users finally rejoice because of the Macbook Pro 2016's rumored release date and specs? The rumors are getting stronger as the tech giant might introduce the Mac OS Sierra-powered laptop this November.
In addition, the upcoming Macbook will contain USB C-Type ports. This news comes from Digitimes, where the publication has speculated that USB C type ports are in consideration for Apple's next generation MacBooks.
One of the biggest benefits of the USB C type ports is that it can be adapted for several functions, eradicating the need of USB A and USB types.
Moreover, it has also been reported that Apple will be launching the new series with seventh generation Intel Kaby Lake processors. As Apple has not renewed their contracts with the Skylake processors, it seems that this news is true enough.
Aside from the above mentioned features, it is also speculated that Apple's new generation Macbook will be slimmer and lighter and come with a programmable OLED touch bar, remote Touch ID and virtual assistant Siri, which is an inherent feature of Mac OS Sierra.
Presently Apple is focusing on its iPhone 7 and iPad Mini 5, which are also rumored to be released this year. In addition, it is rumored that the company will be launching the much anticipated smartphones on Sept 2016.
As for the release date of Apple's Macbook Pro 2016, it is not yet known if it will be released in the speculated time window or not. However, it is being speculated by the critics and professionals that Apple will definitely launch the Macbook Pro during fourth quarter, like its predecessors.
It is yet to be seen when the newest Macbook Pro will be released. Stay tuned for confirmed updates here.
