Samsung Galaxy S8 Rumors: VR Experience To Greatly Improve; More Specs Revealed

The latest Samsung Galaxy S8 rumors suggested that consumers will surely enjoy a much improved Virtual Reality experience with the arrival of the new device from the Korean tech giant.

What could be the major enhancements that consumers must look forward to from the upcoming mobile unit?

According to Technology News Extra, a recently leaked information has hinted that it will be boasting of a UHD (2160 X 3840) screen, a feature that will enhance the VR experience.

Currently known as Project Dream, based on some inside info from China, the Samsung Galaxy 8 has been presumed to have a 4K display. And to run the VR applications smoothly, the highly-anticipated device must have an extra powerful processor. As such, it has been surmised that it will run on Snapdragon 830.

Accordingly, this is a huge possibility considering that a number of reports have claimed that the Snapdragon 830 will be launched by early 2017, around the same time with the rumored release date of Samsung Galaxy 8.

It was explained that with this particular type of processor, "massive performance improvements" are expected to happen, which will include the improved battery performance.

Another good thing that each consumer is bound to enjoy is its capacity to record 4K X 2K videos at 60 frames per second and downloading speed will also be faster at 980 Mb/s because of the new X16 base band.

In the meantime, Sam Mobile reported that Samsung is set to launch five flagship smartphones, including Samsung Galaxy S8, by early next year. 

Based on their gathered details, the successor of the Galaxy S7, along with Galaxy S8 Edge, Galaxy Note 7, and Galaxy Note 7 Edge will come with a 2.5K resolution Super AMOLED display with an RBG subpixel arrangement.
