Blizzard Entertainment is not yet done unleashing all the playable characters for "Overwatch."

At the game's release on May 2016, there were various bits of in-game information that showed up in Dorado, indicating at a new playable character called Sombra. At the point when a bounty hunter hero named Ana Amari was revealed, more Sombra clues appeared in her origin video.

In the weeks that followed, more hints were found. The unreleased "Overwatch" hero heightened when another cipher was found in a 95-second video announcement of Summer Games last Aug. 2, 2016. At the eight second mark, the code below can be seen:

"U2FsdGVkX1+vupppZksvRf5pq5g5XjFRIipRkwB0K1Y96Qsv2Lm+31cmzaAILwytX/z66ZVWEQM/ccf1g+9m5Ubu1+sit+A9cenDxxqkIaxbm4cMeh2oKhqIHhdaBKOi6XX2XDWpa6+P5o9MQw=="

According to many players in Reddit, the said code has been "salted," which means that the rest of the content is encoded in an OpenSSL cipher that requires a key and a known figure. However, after many attempts, it remains unsolved.

Much to everyone's surprise, another glitch from the "Overwatch" forum website offered new clues about the mysterious hero Sombra. Apparently, it led thousands of gamers to a supposed error page written in Spanish, which reads, "la que tiene la información; tiene el power," roughly translates to "she who has the information, has the power" - a phrase that has already appeared in Sombra clues beforehand.

Hence, speculations are rife that the eagerly anticipated hero may be unveiled before this current week ends at around 11am PT / 2pm ET / 7pm BST / 11pm AEST. Nonetheless, it is worth noting that Blizzard Entertainment has yet to confirm the claim, thus, it should be brought with a grain of salt.

Meanwhile, the next "Overwatch" update will launch in early September. It will contain a new map called Eichewalde, which features a massive castle and is said to be an Assault/Escort hybrid, Game Rant reported.

Developed and published by Blizzard Entertainment, "Overwatch" is currently available for Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
