iPhone 7 Rumors Round-Up: Which Specs And Features To Expect From The Apple Phone?
Dheeraj RWith the iPhone 7 release date nearing, reports have surfaced touting that the Apple smartphone will consist of some excellent specs like Touch ID feature, huge display, dual-camera setup, and much more. Below we have listed down among the most popular rumored specs and features of the upcoming iPhone 7 to give you a clear picture of what to expect from the new device.
To start with, the iPhone 7 will not sport many changes in its design and is expected to be almost similar to the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. The main reason behind this is that the company is planning to launch the next iPhone 8 with a major design overhaul by including an all-glass chassis to mark the device's 10-th anniversary.
However, the iPhone 7 will sport few variations on its chassis like the revamped antenna bands, curved edges, and no headphone jack. The new smartphone variant is expected to be sleeker as compared to its predecessors. It is also rumored to sport a water-resistant and dust-proof chassis.
In terms of display, the upcoming Apple device is rumored to consist of a 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch screen for its iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus respectively along with the regular IPS LCD display panel. The 2017 variant of the iPhone is expected to sport Super AMOLE display.
As far as the performance-related specs are concerned, the iPhone 7 will consist of the latest A10 chipset coupled with 3 GB RAM. The new device is also touted to sport three storage variants of 32 GB, 64 GB and the first ever 256 GB.
Moreover, the upcoming iPhone 7 is expected to include Force Touch home button, which will feature an ultrasonic fingerprint reader for added security. The device will also sport the wireless charging functionality.
Meanwhile, it is reported that the iPhone 7 will be launched on September 7 at the company's fall event. The base model of the Apple phone is rumored to be priced for CNY 5288 or $790.
Stay tuned in here for more updates on the upcoming iPhone 7.
