Samsung Galaxy Tab S3: Rumored Specs, Features, Release Date Round-Up
Dheeraj RWith a no-show at the recent IFA event in Berlin, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to be released by the end of 2016. Reports claimed that the company opted to give a miss to launch the device besides the Galaxy Note 7 as they are planning to include some excellent specs in the new tablet like the AMOLED display, 4K resolution panel, two screen variants, and much more.
In this report, we have jotted down all the rumored specs and features of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 in order to provide you with an overview of the device.
To start with, the phone is expected to be made available in two screen variants of 8-inch and 9.7-inch along with AMOLED display and 4K resolution.
In terms of performance-related specs, the Samsung device is rumored to be launched with an octa-core Exynos 8890 chipset similar to the Galaxy S7, the Galaxy S7 Edge, as well as the Galaxy Note 7. It will also consist of a 4 GB RAM and two internal storage options of 32GB and 64GB.
The Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to sport an 8-megapixel rear along with a 2-megapixel front camera. Also, the device is expected to be launched with a 4000mAh battery. It will also consist of a USB-Type C port for faster data transfers and charging functionality.
Regarding software specs, the Samsung device will run on the latest Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, which will provide an excellent user interface and additional specs like improvised notification panel, Vulkan API for better graphics and 3D effects, and enhanced security and privacy features.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 is expected to be priced around $420 for the base variant. However, there is no official confirmation from Samsung about the release date or specs of the upcoming device.
