The Samsung Galaxy S3, one of the highly anticipated wearable nowadays, is reported to be launched in the middle of November.
The report says that Samsung device will debut in Korea, United States, and Canada and followed by "major European countries"
"We decided to market the Gear S3 midway through November at the latest in Korea and some other countries," a Samsung official said, as reported by The Korea Times. "In China,the timepiece will be launched later."
It was said that the early launching of the device is projected to help the company recuperate from the Galaxy Note 7 "crisis."
Though there was no specific date of the release as of the moment, there were rumors that suggest Gear S3 to be available on November 18. While the price is yet to be announced, some reports say that the Gear S3 Frontier and the Gear S3 Classic will have a different price which is nearly around 400,000 won or $356 dollars.
Samsung Gear S3's features and specifications are reportedly amazing and incredible. The wearable is said to have a built-in GPS, speedometer, heart rate sensor, barometer and altimeter. It consists 4G LTE, Wifi and Bluetooth.
It is reported to sport a dual-core 1.0 GHz processor with 768 MB RAM and 4GB internal storage. The wearable is expected to pack the latest 380 mAh battery that will last up to 3 to 4 days of non-stop use.
The Samsung Gear S3 will run on Tizen OS and is larger with height of 49mm and width of 46mm. The two variants will have house a1.3 inch 2360 x 360 Super AMOLED round display with Gorilla Glass SR and a more developed rotating bezel.
The rotating bezel can read messages, answer calls, adjust volume and many more without the use of phone. With Samsung Gear S3, one can open 10,000 applications.
"We are confident that the Gear S3 will be one f the most loved smartwatches for users, as we focused on bringing cutting-edge technologies and emotional designs to it," the Samsung official said.
Korean Times also reported that in the survey conducted by Phone Arena, 82% from1,650 respondents chose Gear S3 while the remaining 18% opted for Apple Watch Series 2.
The long wait will finally be over when the Samsung Gear S3 hit the market next month. The company; however is yet to announce the date.
