The studio that created the game "Batman: Arkham Origins", WB Games Montreal, has been reported that they have canceled an unreleased or announced Suicide Squad game and in replacement, is now working and focusing on a Batman game on Damian Wayne.

Some unknown sources that are speaking to the gaming site Kotaku, the rumored unannounced Suicide Project game, for the past couple of years, has been in development and planning and was even possibly a player cooperation game. The top management of Warner Brothers was failed to be impressed by the game and was canceled reportedly, after a so-called "a long period of turbulence" at the studio in Montreal.

In its place, the rumored report describes that the game studio Warner Brothers Games Montreal's project is currently a Batman game that is based on Damian Wayne. It was originally supposedly announced this early part of December, according to Kotaku's sources. The report from Kotaku implies that the declaration of the game may have been moved further caused by some employees of WB Games Montreal leaving the company and the deployment a new head of the studio, Stephane Roy.

According to IGN, the site had reached out and get clarification regarding the rumored report on the story. As soon as they get an update regarding the matter, will keep everyone posted.

Last year, June 2015, the games studio WB Games Montreal has listed job postings for a game that would base on an open-world, for consoles such as PlayStation 4 and the Xbox One. At the latter part of 2015, the listed job offerings varied to two different DC Comics universe games, though there was no indication of what DC properties were doing that time. A cut scene from the Batman Game, "Arkham Origins" may have implied a possible Suicide Squad game.
