Samsung could introduce "Beast mode" with the Galaxy S8

According to PhoneArena, Samsung has trademarked the term "Beast Mode" on the European Union. Speculations emerged that this mode could be an additional feature for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy 8 in the year 2017. It is also expected to be released in New York City this coming April.
The Nougat beta builds for the Galaxy S7 already have a selector for Games and High-Performance modes, Samsung looks like its leveling up with this new mode which will be appearing in Galaxy 8, as said on GSM Arena. However, it is not sure as to what this 'Beast Mode' actually means.
Regarding Samsung's trademark application, there has no detailed description yet of what this mode is. As the term implies, it is speculated to be applied to a smartphone or even a smartphone OS. It could also be all about a boost in the phone's performance.
From a report on Yahoo, Galaxy 8's specifications have not yet been out, however, it has been rumored to come with Qualcomm's most powerful processor the Snapdragon 835 or the company's own next-generation Exynos processor. Both of those chipsets will be built using the 10nm process, same as the ones that Apple will be using on iPhone 8 for 2017. It was also said that with Beast Mode comes the performance of up to the phone's maximum power. By turning on Beast Mode, this will also turn off power-saving features. Users will be trading longer battery life for the best possible performance of the Snapdragon 835 or the new Exynos processor.
There is no official description yet regarding Samsung Galaxy 8, but with this new mode to be coming that has been the talk-of-the-town, it could be something for tech-people out there to look forward to on 2017.
