The iPhone 7 is a remarkable device with lots of cool features, but not all the features are being used by its owners simply because they don't know it exists. With that, these are six iPhone 7 useful tips every owner should know about according to a report by cnet.

Raise To Wake

This feature, if enabled, will allow the users to simply pick up the iPhone 7 to wake the device and glance at any notification they may have. There is no need to press the home button or slide the screen to do so. To enable this, go to Settings>Display & Brightness then turn on the toggle switch for "Raise to Wake."

Hiding Notification Contents

You can hide the contents of the notifications you receive to make it more private. Go to Settings>Touch ID & Passcode and you can disable what information you want showing up on the lock screen.

Rest Finger To Open

The iPhone 7 may be unlocked by using this feature rather than sliding the screen. To enable, go to Settings>General>Accessibility>Home Button then turn on the switch for "Rest Finger to Open."

Adjusting The haptic Feedback

Users may also adjust the haptic feedback when using the "Rest Finger to Open." To do so, just go to Settings>General>Home Button there you can adjust the feedback from slight to heavy.

Hidden Control Center Panel

Swipe the screen up from the bottom edge of the screen puts you to the control center panel where users may adjust the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, turn the flashlight among other things. While in this panel, swipe to the left and you will see a second panel of playback controls for podcasts and music.

Sending Messages With Effects

After you have typed your message in the text field, tap and hold the blue up arrow button and you will have the option of having effects to your text.
