Year 2016 has been a great one for the RPG "Pokemon Sun and Moon" for the 3DS which has been hailed as one of the top-selling titles in Amazon, along with "Final Fantasy XV" for PlayStation 4. Fans of the game are hoping for more updates for the Nintendo 3DS title.

Top-selling game

Nintendo has earlier confirmed that the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" is already their fastest-selling title since its release in November last year. It is said to be one of the initial releases for a series of Pokemon games.

More players are anticipated to play this Pokemon title in the coming months. Nintendo is also believed to come up with another Pokemon game and probably a remake of the "Pokemon Sun and Moon."

When the New Year entered, a modder of "Super Smash Bros" for Wii U tweaked the game's characters and replaced it with those from the "Pokemon Sun and Moon." The characters included Incineroar, Popplio and Gladion. The modder also made a new character for the Pokemon game named Wicke.

Just recently, it was also revealed what types of Pokemon appear during S.O.S battles since there are some Pokemon who only show up when they are summoned for battle. These Pokemon reportedly appear only in selected parts of the Alola Region.

S.O.S battles tips and tricks

Gamers should also keep in mind that monsters with low health have higher chances of being called for S.O.S aid. During battles, players can use Pokemon abilities like Intimidate, Pressure or Unnerve.

Some of the Pokemon included in the list for S.O.S battles were Pikachu in Melemele Island, Clefairy in Ula'Ula Island and Jigglypuff on Akala Island among others. The list includes a lot more Pokemon and their specific locations in the game.

More updates and developments are expected to come to the "Pokemon Sun and Moon" this year prior to the release of a new title. What other features do you want for the Nintendo 3DS game?
