Huawei MWC 2017 Set For February With Huawei P10 & P10 Plus Smartphones; Specs & Features

Huawei has reported that it will hold a press conference at the Mobile World Congress this coming February 26, 2017. The Chinese smartphone company will share its latest additions and exciting developments. The event will start at 2 p.m. ET.

Huawei Company is predicted to reveal its new P10 and P10 Plus smartphones to rival Xiaomi Red Mi devices. Huawei's P9 and P9 Plus were two of the most talked about smartphones in the industry and these new Huawei P10 and P10 Plus models are predicted to arrive with a physical home button on its front to be used also as its fingerprint scanner.

Huawei's P9 and P9 Plus were built with a 5.2 inches full HD display screen, a Kirin 955 64 bit octa-core processor, along with 3GB RAM, 32GB built in storage and an additional micro SD card slot. They carry a dual camera setup and connectivity settings, such as 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 2.4G/5G, a/b/g/a/ac, Bluetooth 4.2, USB type C port and GPS. Both devices have a 3,000mAh battery consistency with a fast charging support and run on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

Sources note that the upcoming Huawei P10 is might feature a 5.5 inch non-curved display, while P10 Plus will be seen with a curved screen and a QFD resolution. It is expected to have a HiSilicon Kirin 960 SoC chipset, which is mated with 4BG and 6GB RAM. The Huawei P10 is said to have two sensors for its rear camera. Both P10 and P10 Plus are expected to run on Android 7.0 Nougat and also prevailed to made with a wireless charging support; the first Huawei smartphone device that will carry this feature. This new Huawei P10 and P10 Plus speculations were revealed by the chairman and CEO of the consumer division Yu Chengdong.
