Microsoft Xbox One Update: New Dashboard Gets Introduced

According to Trusted Reviews, Mike Ybarra, Microsoft's director of the program management has just revealed this Xbox One update. Through this additional button in Xbox One, users will be able to access the recent and pinned apps and game. They can also easily visit the store or save their screenshots or take to record any video. It might not be a huge change to Xbox One dashboard but it can definitely reduce some clicks for Xbox gamers. They don't need to go back directly to home page again just to access other functionality.
Meanwhile, according to The Verge, the team behind the Microsoft Xbox One is already planning on improving its speed for a better gaming experience. The new dashboard is one of the other innovation in the gaming console announced this year. Xbox One gamers can experience faster access to other options in the gaming console with just a single click. The old concept will definitely be wiped out and a better and quicker method will be its replacement.
Moreover, Ybarra, Microsoft's engineer and program director has showed main guide feature of the said new Xbox One dashboard. In addition, there is also the additional tracking overlay, Gamerscore leaderboard, music controls, and a new Cortana design coming soon.
