Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 Specs, Release Update: New Tab To Feature Exynos 7420 Chipset, 4GB RAM
Megha KediaWhile Samsung hasn't yet revealed anything about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 release date, specs and pricing details, rumors about the highly anticipated device have been hitting the web for quite some time now.
According to GSMArena, a new rumor, which came in the form of a Weibo post, has revealed about Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 specs and features. Going by the report, the upcoming tablet is expected to come powered by Samsung's Exynos 7420 chipset with a decent 4GB RAM. Among other specs, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 will feature a home button-embedded fingerprint sensor, UFS2.0 storage and USB Type-C port. There are also rumors which suggest that the yet-to-be announced device will sport an 8MP main camera, a 2MP selfie camera and a 4000 mAh battery.

Notably, the alleged Weibo post mentioned the model numbers SM-T820 and SM-T825 for the WiFi and LTE variants of the tablet respectively. The model number is the same which was listed on Bluetooth.org and the Wi-Fi Alliance website. The listing revealed that the LTE variant of Samsung Galaxy Tab S3, carrying a model number of SM-T825, has been certified.
As far as Samsung Galaxy tab S3 release date is concerned, the next-gen tablet is expected to get unveiled at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) 2017 in February. There's no report on the tablet's pricing details yet. Readers are advised to take the information with a grain of salt as nothing yet has been officially announced by the tech giant.
