'Dota 2' Latest Dark Moon Event Has Unique Mode & Rewards
Keisuke Akio"Dota 2" is holding a special event today. The event is a battle against terrifying enemies fighting under the Dark Moon Horde.
Dark Moon Event
The Dark Moon is the latest event of "Dota 2." In this event, you and your allies will be fighting against a horde of enemies in a PvE mode. As a reward, you will collect points that can be used up on cosmetic items in "Dota 2." The latest "Dota 2" Dark Moon event can be accessed easily from the main menu. It is highly displayed on the right side of the screen. In addition, the event can be participated with a group of five.
There is a very limited Hero Pool once you are in a match. "Dota 2's" Dark Moon event is not your typical Dota match, this time players need to think carefully and plan in advance together with your team on the type of heroes to pick. Moreover, make sure to check your skills, reportedly, some skills have been changed for "Dota 2's" Dark Moon event.
During the game, you will purchase items as usual. Pick-up gold dropped by enemies, this is crucial so you will not find yourself struggling for gold. In addition, IGN notes that enemies will randomly drop Health, Teleport Scrolls and Mana. You can instantly use it by touching any potion. Furthermore, TP scrolls are placed in your inventory in "Dota 2" Dark Moon event.
In the latest "Dota 2" event, your mission is to protect the Ancient and save as many towers as possible. In the game, the number of towers you save will correspond to the gold reward you will get at the end of the wave. "Dota 2's" Dark Moon will end if all the members of your team are dead all at the same time.
Rewards
In the latest "Dota 2" Dark moon event, there are items that can be acquired by spinning the wheel. Each spin requires 35,000 Dark Moon points.
