New iOS 10.2 Jailbreak Tweaks This Week: Immortal, Instalauncher, TouchPass & More!
Coco DollangangerApple has been adding more power-user features to iOS without having the need to jailbreak the iOS devices but even if it keeps doing it, there are still some things that users won't be able to do as standard. This means that jailbreaking is still needed by most iOS device users and is likely to stay intact.
With the latest Yalu jailbreak release, jailbreaking gets more popular now where new and updated tweaks are coming to Cydia every now and then. Courtesy of Redmond Pie, there are seven new and notable iOS jailbreak tweaks including some classic favorites that are compatible with iOS 10.2 firmware on jailbroken iPhone and iPad devices. Check them out below.
Wormhole
This only works with an iPhone with 3D Touch. This is because it adds configurable 3D Touch actions for more Control Center toggles just like the ones for Do Not Disturb and WiFi.
Gorgone
Simple but a nice tweak, iOS jailbreak users would be able to take advantage of iPad features like the Split View and Slide Over. This works even on devices that don't natively support it including iPhones.
Immortal
It prevents the expiration of iOS apps and can bypass the limit per device of three free signed apps. It allows users to install unlimited apps through Cydia Impactor with a free Apple Developer account.
Instalauncher ($1.99)
This configures an Activator action and allows users to access all apps via an alphabetical list from anywhere. It supports apps that are launched recently including favorites.
Stealth Cam ($0.99)
Users can take photos and record videos even when their iPhone's screen is off. Just press the sleep /wake button when in the Camera app.
Touchpass
It can disable the passcode Lock screen. This will force users to unlock using Touch ID only.
Horseshoe ($1.99)
This moves the music controls back. It also makes Control Center look lush including album artwork.
Meanwhile, the tweak DarkMessages iOS 10 jailbreak tweak brings dark mode to the iOS 10 Messages app, according to iPhoneHacks.
