Fans of Blizzard Entertainment's "Diablo 3" have a lot to look forward to. The "Diablo 3" update Patch 2.5.0 for the hack and slash role-playing game (RPG) adds new features such as a new Armory and Crafting Mat Storage.

According to Shack News, gamers can now test the new "Diablo 3" update patch 2.5.0 via the Blizzard Public Test Region. Two of the main changes that come with Patch 2.5.0 are "a new Armory and Crafting Mat Storage."

With the Armory, players can "now save character builds." Thanks to Patch 2.5.0, "Diablo 3" players will be allowed to save at least five builds for each character. The Armory is located in the town hub of each Act. When gamers save a build, they will receive a snapshot of the character's "current equipment, socketed gems, passive and active skills, and Kanai's Cube powers." Swapping between saved Armory builds will also swap out items and gears for "any needed items" that are "stored in your stash."

Meanwhile, Crafting Mat Storage "separates crafting materials into a separate storage tab." The new feature will let gamers save crafting materials and other items acquired through salvaging in a "separate storage tab" that will offer you "additional space" in the shared stash. The Crafting Mat Storage can be reached via the Inventory Window, per Mic.

Thanks to the new "Diablo 3" update patch 2.5.0, items will have a new rarity level. Players will now have the chance to acquire Primal Ancient items from "Legendary or Set items" that might be rarer than Ancient items. Primal Ancient items are better than Ancient items because "they have increased possible stat ranges."

Other "Diablo 3" updates include the Shield Glare ability for the Crusader class. Blizzard also said that the Divine Verdict rune might be updated in an upcoming update. In-game items with "the Legendary rarity level" were also adjusted. Aside from item and class changes, "the requirements for difficulty levels in public games has been raised."
