Moto C and Moto C Plus 360-degree Render and Full Specs Leaked
Charles LimMotorola continues to experience some relative success in the low to the mid-end smartphone market and it seems like the company wants to expand on that with a brand new lineup. The company is reportedly now on the verge of releasing its cheapest low to mid-end offering yet in the form of its new Moto C and Moto C Plus devices.
The all-new C series smartphones will be offered on top of the Moto G and the Moto E variants at the entry level segment. While the company has yet to officially announce any details regarding the two devices, its specs and overall look have now apparently been leaked. As per a report from Android Authority, the infamous leakster, OnLeaks, has even posted a 360-degree render of the device, showing users its possible final design.

As for the specs of the devices, Motorola has gone with a rather confusing approach as each variant will be offered in different setups. Contrary to the "Plus" moniker, both variants of the Moto C will be equipped with the same 5-inch display. However, the Moto C Plus will be coming with a higher resolution screen at 1,280 x 720 pixels compared to the 854 x 480 pixels on the standard Moto C.
If that is not confusing enough, the standard Moto C also comes in two distinct flavors, namely a 3G model and a 4G model. According to GSM Arena, all of the Moto C models will be coming with MediaTek chips, but each will have its own unique setup.
The 3G Moto C model will come with a 32-bit quad-core chip clocked at 1.3 GHz, while the 4G model will come with a 64-bit quad-core chip clocked at 1.1 GHz. Both will have 1 GB of RAM. The Moto C Plus, on the other hand, will get the same chip as the 4G model, but with a higher clock speed at 1.3 GHz and 2 GB of RAM.
Motorola has yet to announce the actual pricing of the devices, but the devices are expected to be sold below $100.
