Did anyone see the leaked image of the supposed Samsung Galaxy S4? If that photo is real, then we could be in for an iPhone 5 look-alike launching this year.
When Apple launched the iPhone 5 back in 2012, many critics had a problem with the design. They claimed that the 4-inch screen on the device was wasted because Apple chose to add to the height and not width.
Apple chose to make the iPhone 5 taller because the company wanted to move to a 16:9 aspect ratio. For this to work, Apple would have to increase the height more than the width. However, Apple chose only to increase the height because the current width worked better for one-handed use, and seems to be fine with many iPhone users. The increased height of the iPhone 5 does not introduce much or any difficulty in using the device compared the iPhone 4S.
As noted above, Apple was slapped by some critics for making a taller iPhone; however, it was the Android fanboys who went to great lengths to attack Apple on the design of a phone they would probably never purchase.
When alleged images of the Samsung Galaxy S4 got leaked a few days ago, something interesting came across. Strangely, the leaked image looks like a taller version of the Galaxy S3, which in turn managed to resemble the iPhone 5.
Many fans of Samsung and Android may dispute these claims and many Apple fans may agree. However, at the end of the day it doesn't matter much who wants to say what. The leaked Galaxy S4, if real, is a spitting image of the iPhone 5, a taller iPhone 5, if you will.
