T-Mobile HTC One M9 goes on sale tomorrow, March 27 in U.S.
Alexandra BurlacuU.S. mobile carrier T-Mobile just announced that it will start offering the latest HTC One M9 flagship smartphone on Friday, March 27.
The new HTC One M9 powerhouse made its official debut back at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2015 earlier this month, and is expected to be one of the most popular devices of this year.
Unlike the One M8 last year, the new-generation HTC One M9 did not go on sale immediately after it's unveiling, but its commercial release is just around the corner.
Interested customers in the U.S. are now in for some good news, as T-Mobile just announced that it will start offering the HTC One M9 tomorrow, March 27.
"If you love to be first, love a great value - and don't mind being stared at - T-Mobile (NYSE: TMUS) has news for you. The Un-carrier's offering the crave-worthy new HTC One M9 for purchase at T-Mobile.com starting tomorrow at 6:00 a.m. PDT for $0 down (and $27.08 a month for 24 months). Which means you could order HTC's latest beauty and have it delivered to your door weeks before it's available for everyone else. For those who want to see, hear and feel the device firsthand, the HTC One M9 will be available at most T-Mobile stores nationwide on April 10," the carrier announced in a new press release on Thursday, March 26.
"The HTC One has built a fanatical following, and the M9 will be a favorite whether you're a fan boy or soon-to-be convert," further touts John Legere, president and CEO of T-Mobile. "And with Carrier Freedom, there is absolutely nothing stopping anyone from picking up HTC's latest at the Un-carrier."
As a reminder, the HTC One M9 sports a 5-inch full HD display with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and packs a powerful 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor under the hood, paired with 3GB of RAM. Other specs include 32GB of internal storage capacity, microSD card support for additional memory, a 20-megapixel rear camera, and a 4-megapixel UltraPixel front shooter, among the highlights. The handset ships with Android 5.0 Lollipop and the latest version of HTC Sense out of the box.
