Images of the new rides of "Fast and Furious 8" cast were recently launched by Universal. As expected, each of the vehicles used are not only reliable and trendy, but also fast and sleek in design.

For example, Michelle Rodriguez (Letty) will be handling Rally Fighter, which features big wheels, but a sporty black and gray built. Meanwhile, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has also teased fans with details of his "Ice Ram" on Instagram recently.

As for other cast members, Tyrese Gibson (Roman) will be seen with a classy orange Lamborghini and Ludacris (Tej) with a Ripsaw.

Although there has been no confirmation or details about the storyline, speculations and leaked images suggested that fans might see an icy car chase sequence in the eighth installment of the movie.

The filming locations are also rumored to include Iceland, Cleveland and Cuba, according to reports from Cinema Blend.

Meanwhile, it seems that the character of Dwayne Johnson might be transferred to a new spin - off movie once the "Fast and Furious" trilogy is over. According to a consulting producer, the possibility of having a movie solely dedicated to Hobbs is being discussed presently.

"I've been in the mix with Chris Morgan, the writer, really dialing in the Hobbs character, which is one of our all-time favorite characters," Hiram Garcia revealed to Comic Book. "We all are interested in it."

In addition to the normal cast members, Charlize Theron and Dame Helen Mirren might also join the cast.

"Fast and Furious 8" is slated to be released on April 14, 2017.
