The next episode of "Dragon Ball Super" will not be released on its regular airing date, which should be on July 24. Despite the long wait, the spoilers and predictions for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 54 are already here, giving fans a hint of what could come.

The preview released for episode 53 shows Goku in his Super Saiyan 2 form and Zamasu beating each other. In the midst of the fight, Beerus and Whis thoroughly analyze the latter's Ki, who is said to have similar Ki to Goku Black.

The 56-second sneak peek ended with an irate look of Zamasu, while also highlighting The Ring of Time, a notable ring used for the purpose of time travel. It is worth noting that Goku Black also wears the said Time Ring on his right index finger.

The upcoming episode is entitled "Reveal Black's True Identity! Now, to the Kaioshin Realm of Universe  10." Needless to say, the episode is expected to reveal Zamasu's true identity and his association with Goku Black.

"After realizing that Black has the same Ki as Zamasu, Universe 10's apprentice Kaioshin, the God of Destruction Beerus and his attendant Whis head to Universe 10 together with Goku," the official synopsis of episode 53 reads.

The much-awaited encounter will reportedly lead Zamasu to help out Son Goku and company to finally bring down Goku Black. Though several spoilers already claimed Black Goku and Zamasu could be the same persons, these speculations are yet to be confirmed in the upcoming episode.

It is imperative to note that "Dragon Ball Super" will enjoy a one-week reprieve. Hence, the series upcoming episode is now slated to air on July 31 on Fuji TV. The main reason seen on the deferral is attached to several criticisms received by the anime series.

Jobs & Hire reported that the anime series has been receiving a great deal of complaints about its quality, impelling several talks that "Dragon Ball Super" could be terminated soon.

"'Dragon Ball' once became a thing of the past to me, but after that, I got angry about the live-action movie, re-wrote an entire movie script, and now I'm complaining about the quality of the new TV anime," series creator Akira Toriyama told Attack of the Fanboy. "It seems Dragon Ball has grown on me so much I can't leave it alone."
