"Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" stars Park Bo Gum and Kim Yoo Jung have impressed Kdrama viewers with their undeniable on-screen chemistry. Recently, reports surface about their real-life romance as the young heartthrob shared how he and Kim Yoo Jung built their chemistry and friendship on the set of the drama.

On October 13, a 3-minute interview with Park Bo Gum took place online for China's "Mango TV" and one question was about his closeness with his co-star and rumored girlfriend Kim Yoo Jung.

"In the beginning, there was a bit of awkwardness since it's our first time meeting each other and also because she's my sunbaenim. But I learned a lot about historical dramas through Yoo Jung, and we became close as we went over the script together and fell deeper into our characters Lee Young and La Ohn," the 23-year-old actor shared.

The actor also revealed the scene where their close relationship started.

"The scene where we were trapped in a hole was when I was deeply into Lee Young and Yoo Jung was also into La Ohn, so that allowed us to become really close," he reportedly said.

"After filming that scene, we contacted each other and also went out to eat together. Now we've become a close oppa and dongseng," the actor further added.

With their closeness, the fans following the drama are speculating that this might also be the start for their romance off-screen.

According to one report, both Park Bo Gum and Kim Yoo Jung are actively sharing their moments on their social media. However, as per Kim Yoo Jung they were only a close "dongseng" and "oppa" relationship.

 "Park Bo Gum oppa is really good to me. We're like siblings. Before we started production, we wanted to get close to each other so we did script readings together and went out to eat, but it felt awkward. When filming started, becoming closer happened naturally as we went through the difficulties together," the 17-year-old actress shared.

Meanwhile, Kim Yoo Jung expressed her sorrow about the near end of "Moonlight Drawn by Clouds" by posting a photo on Instagram thanking the fans of her and Park Bo Gum's character in the KBS2 drama.
