'Yu-Gi-Oh!' Fan? Check Out These 'Yu-Gi-Oh!' Themed Wristwatches

The popular anime series "Yu-Gi-Oh!" will be releasing limited edition themed timepieces to commemorate the franchise's 20th year anniversary.

Fans of the original '90s card duel anime show will definitely be hit with nostalgia with these beautiful wristwatches crafted by Japanese anime fashion brand Super Groupies.

The first featured wristwatch is the Yugi Mutou model. As its name implies, this timepiece is based on the series' first, and arguably most popular, protagonist.

The actual watch is pattered after Yugi's accessory, the Millennium Puzzle. The gold-plated watch is shaped like the Millennium Puzzle itself, forming an inverted triangle, and is engraved with a special 20th "Yu-Gi-Oh!" anniversary mark at the back.

The watch is attached to a black and blue leather band, and is perfect when worn with both casual and formal get ups.

The best thing about this watch, however, is that you can also wear it around your neck, just like Yugi's Millennium Puzzle, except that it isn't as bulky as the original. The watch is detachable, and can be attached to a silver-plated chain (which is included in the package) and worn as a pendant.

Not to be outdone, Yugi's rival Seto Kaiba also has his own themed timepiece. The Seto Kaiba wristwatch is inspired by his most popular "Yu-Gi-Oh!" card, Blue Eyes White Dragon.

Marked and approved by the fictional Kaiba Corporation, this stainless steel watch is patterned with the iconic eyes of Kaiba's trusty card companion. Blue Eyes White Dragon is also emblazoned on the face of the watch.

The watch is also marked with the anniversary logo at the back. The white leather band adds a touch of style and elegance.

The Yugi Mutou watch costs 18,000 Yen (around $174), while the Seto Kaiba watch costs 12,800 Yen (around $124). Both are now available for pre-order on the Super Groupies website. The two "Yu-Gi-Oh!" timepieces are scheduled to be shipped around late April next year, according to RocketNews 24.
