"Dragon Ball Super" Episode 65 astonished fans with a lot of Saiyan action as Goku and Vegeta try to save the world from Zamasu, who just got stronger after his fusion with Goku Black.

Forming a Super Saiyan White-like god, Zamatsu seems to hold devastating amounts of power after the fusion, Inquisitr says. And it proved true in the episode, as Goku and Vegeta struggled to land a hit on him. Zamatsu used his Blades of Judgement and Absolute Lightning attacks to both fighters, leaving Vegeta in a bad shape.

However, the two heroes won't rest and refused to give up. They combined their power to destroy Zamatsu and his purple energy bird, but the Supreme God easily blocked their attacks. Trunks later arrived and immediately switched to Super Saiyan form the moment he sees his injured father.

He declared that mortals will make a new world, not Zamasu. Trunks and Vegeta then combined their powers to attack him with a Gallick Gun, and while it overpowered Zamasu's counterattack, it failed to take any damage to him. Zamatsu launched another Blades of Judgement attack which made the fighters' armors shatter.

At the final minutes of the episode, Goku counters Zamatsu's final attack with a Kamehameha, in which the two attacks struggle against each other.

Meanwhile, it shows that "Dragon Ball Super" has surpassed "One Piece" on TV ratings data in Japan. The newest story in the "Dragon Ball" series has moved up to 6th place, while the long-running "One Piece" anime has moved down to the 7th place spot, according to Crunchyroll.

Despite of its increasing popularity, series creator Akira Toriyama wants to take the anime series to even higher spots and plans to surpass TV rating shares of all-time favorites like "Doraemon," "Crayon Shin-Chan" and "Detective Conan," which are on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th place, respectively.

With the recent simulcast in the United States via Crunchyroll and the future English dub produced by Funimation, "Dragon Ball Super" seems to be more popular as days go on.
