Let's compare innovation & technology among some of the latest smartphones: the Motorola Moto M, the LG G5, and the Huawei Honor 6X.

The Honor 6X and the Moto M come with similar and standard 5.5" display having HD resolution and multi-touch capability. The LG G5 sports a smaller 5.3" capacitive touchscreen with QHD resolution and Gorilla Glass 4 protection. However, the Moto M uses Super AMOLED touchscreen while the Honor 6X and the LG G5 has IPS LCD display.

Upon launch, these phones come with the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS.

In terms of faster processing, Motorola is betting big on Mediatek Helio P15 processor coupled with quad-core 2.2Ghz CPU in the recently unveiled Moto M in China. However, the latest Honor 6X packs with faster Kirin 655 processor with octa-core 2.1GHZ CPU while the LG G5 competes with the latest quad-core 2.15GHz Snapdragon 820 processor.

The Moto M and the LG G5 come with 32GB internal space and 4GB RAM. Unlikely, the Honor 6X is launched in two versions- 32 GB in-built storage with 3/4GB RAM or 64GB internal memory with 4GB RAM. The trio uses SIM 2 slot for microSD support up to 256GB.

The camera gets an upgrade with a dual 12MP + 2MP front camera with LED flash and phase detection autofocus in Honor 6X as compared with single but powerful 16MP primary camera with LED flash and autofocus in the Moto M.

The LG G5 also comes with dual 16MP + 8MP rear camera, studded with latest OIS, laser autofocus and LED flash. The front snapper shines with 8MP lens in all.

The battery size has been increased in the Honor 6X with 3340mAH battery against the 3050mAH battery in the Moto M and 2800mAH in the G5. Additionally, they come with faster charging option

The Moto M is launched at a price tag of $295 in China, while the Huawei Honor 6X is expected at $232. The usability and specifications of these phones are at par to each other. However, if we scale it down to price, the LG G5 is the priciest and the best.
