According to the NBA trade rumors, the Cleveland Cavaliers might enter a three-team deal with the Oklahoma City Thunder and the Atlanta Hawks before the trade deadline. Reports suggested that the deal might involve the trade of the Cavaliers' power forward Kevin Love to the OKC Thunder for their small forward Kyle Singler.

iSports Times reported that the rumored deal between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the OKC Thunder might happen soon as the Cavaliers are keen on bringing a talented player onto their roster in place of Love. Adding Singler is expected to help the Cavaliers to improve their defensive skills and thus, put up high scores on the board.

Reports touted that the OKC Thunder might bank on this opportunity and bring Love in their team from the Cleveland Cavaliers. It is stated that adding Love will help the Thunder to fill the void created by the departure of their key player Kevin Durant in the offseason to the Golden State Warriors. Rumors hinted that the OKC Thunder is purported to team up Love with their point guard Russell Westbrook in order to form an outstanding tandem, which will help the team to provide a tough competition to other teams in the NBA league.

Bringing in Love from the Cleveland Cavaliers is expected to help the Thunder to further enhance their defensive skills. However, there is still no official word on the rumored trade scenario from either of the teams.

On the other hand, the proposed deal is also expected to involve the trade of Atlanta Hawks' power forward Paul Millsap to the Cleveland Cavaliers whereas the Atlanta Hawks will receive OKC Thunder's  power forward Domantas Sabonis, Ersan Ilyasova, and a future first-round draft pick.
