Jamie and Eddie will reportedly be "overly involved" in this adoption case in Season 7 episode 11. In order to avoid going to court for this case, the two will enlist the help of Erin to help reach an agreement.

The publication notes that this may help Jamie and Eddie find out if they are better off pursuing a relationship together or staying within the professional limits. It can be recalled that both Eddie and Jamie confessed to having feelings for each other in the previous "Blue Bloods" Season 7 episode.

It is a known fact, however, that should they pursue a relationship in Season 7, their working relationship will be compromised. Frank (Tom Selleck), on the other hand, will investigate NYPD cadets who are cheating the results of their exams.
