Tennis Superstar Serena Williams Is Getting Her Own Air Jordans Soon -- And They're Pink
Van DTennis great Serena Williams will showcase her player's edition Air Jordan 1s soon. The special edition of the Air Jordan 1 will be pink and include various references to Serena Williams.
Instagram user mr_unloved1s recently leaked images of the alleged Air Jordan 1 Serena Williams PE. The classic high-top basketball shoe comes in black and pink tones. Serena Williams' logo appears in pink on the tongue and back of the Nike shoe. The logo was embossed on the heel of the Air Jordan 1, which substituted the Jumpman.
More detailed photos of the Serena Williams PE showed that the outsole, Nike Swoosh, toe portion, ankle and heel areas are all pink. The rest of the shoe, including the insoles, shoelaces and tongue are black. Only the midsole of the shoe is white.
The classic Air Jordan logo also appears on the ankles of the shoe, similar to the original. The Air Jordan 1 version showed the pink, black and white stitching that matched the leather exterior. No photos of the bottom of the shoe was presented, although it is expected to have the same pattern and colorways.
